That was 1982.
He signed up for his London External
And bought his Holborn Law Tutorials.
Then came 1984
He said bye-bye to his Law.
Fifteen years later
Towards the end of his second career
He took up his LLB once more
And became a student at Advance Law Tutorial
Among a class of teenagers.
They called him 'uncle'
As he was the eldest of all.
He was 47 and not more.
Four years later
He too emerged a winner amongst them all.
And to pursue his dream further
He returned to Pantai Valley once more
After a lapse of 27 years.
This time, to realise his dream of a professional
Alas, he missed the boat by just a little
And had to postpone his dream a year after.
He continued at the Brickfields Law Tutors
Just to meet with a greater failure
Before his final victory a year later.
All in all
A journey of seven years
In the wilderness of the city Capital...
Alone but not so lonely
Rewarding at times frustrating
But most of all...
E-n-l-i-g-h-t-e-n-i-n-g.
