Some Tips on Exercise

1. Don't talk
2. Drink enough water
3. Wear the right shoes
4. Keep warm
5. Concentrate
6. Relax your mind
7. Beware of your breathing
8. Don't overdo
9. Don't exercise if not feeling well
10. An hour per day, 5 times a week

Exercise thirty minutes per day,at least 3 times a week.Is'nt it enough?

It's my first priority in this year's resolution that I do at least 30 min of exercises every day. Of course it is at the expense of my TV time.
