瑜伽健身

多年来,陆陆续续的在家里都有做些瑜伽运动。

我选择那些容易而且适合自己身材的姿势,
所以不需要师傅的指导。

瑜伽运动,能松弛身体的肌肉和神经,
使我们感到全身放松,精神镇定。

这些运动不需要太大的空间,
而且只需15分钟的时间就足够了。

Najib is good at saying the right things at the right time and at the right place.

If yoga can calm our mind, so can Najib's statement. Agree?
